Capabilities & technical support
From operating conditions
to a defined component.
Material selection, drawing review, and supply coordination for carbon, graphite, and C/C components.

01 / Application review
Start with the process.
We review the furnace environment and the role of the component before discussing material options. The starting point is your operating temperature, atmosphere, thermal cycle, load, and contamination limits.
For insulation, include the layer arrangement and available space. For fixtures, include the workpiece geometry, load distribution, and furnace envelope.

02 / Component specification
Make the interfaces clear.
We help clarify dimensions, tolerances, material construction, and mating interfaces for components made to drawing.
- Plates, channels, fixtures, rods, and fastening components
- Crucibles, holders, guide tubes, rings, and sleeves
- Soft and rigid felt insulation forms
Machining, surface treatment, purity, and inspection requirements are reviewed for the specific part and confirmed in the quotation.
03 / Supply coordination
Define the requirements before production.
Specification alignment
Confirm the material, drawing revision, critical dimensions, and quantities for the agreed scope.
Documentation requirements
Tell us which material data, inspection records, or other documents your evaluation requires. Availability and scope are confirmed for each project.
Delivery planning
Share the delivery location, required date, and repeat demand so these can be addressed in the supply proposal.
Start a technical discussion.
Send a drawing or a brief description of your application.
